  • when you on behalf of your company wish to grant a business loan to a debtor in connection with our assessment of your company as a business partner, including collection of personal data on board of directors/management available via publicly available source, e.g. the website of your business, LinkedIn or other social media, virk.dk, etc., and the information that your company provides to us in this connection, such as internal company documents that may include your personal data.

  • We process your name and contact details, address, other relevant information provided to Corporate Funding Partner by your company and/or made available to Corporate Funding Partner by use of publicly available sources, such as the website of your business, LinkedIn or other social media, virk.dk, etc.

  • The purpose of processing of your personal data as a member of the board of directors and/or the management of the company in question is to carry out a preliminary analysis of the company and to provide the company with the best possible match for a business partner that may grant the company a business loan.

Contact person (e.g. other than board of directors/management):

  • We process your name and contact details, e.g. e-mail address, telephone number, e-mail correspondence or similar in relation to the loan assessment, etc.

  • The purpose of processing of your personal data as a contact person is to communicate with the company you are employed at regarding the analysis of the company, potential for a loan and the possibilities in this regard, and in case you are matched with one of our business partners, our ongoing communication with you in this regard, etc.


Business partner

  • Contact person:

  • We process your name and contact details, e.g. e-mail address, telephone number, e-mail correspondence, etc.

  • The purpose of processing of your personal data as a contact person is to communicate with the business partner you are employed at regarding the potential debtors, etc.

  • Board of directors/management:

  • We process your name and contact details, address and, to the extent relevant, other relevant information provided to Corporate Funding Partner by your company and/or made available to Corporate Funding Partner by use of publicly available sources, such as the website of your business, LinkedIn or other social media, virk.dk, etc.

  • The purpose of processing of your personal data is to communicate with the business partner regarding the potential debtors and in relation to our ongoing relationship, etc.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data

When visiting the Website

Corporate Funding Partner processes your personal data when you visit our website to pursue the legitimate interests of Corporate Funding Partner, such as providing you with the necessary information about us and our business and improving your experience on the Website, cf. the General Data Processing Regulation ("GDPR") article 6(1) (f). It is our assessment that your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms do not override the legitimate interests of Corporate Funding Partner.

In relation to our assessment of your company that may result in a business loan/match with one of our business partners

Whether you represent a company subject to preliminary business analysis or a business partner, Corporate Funding Partner processes your personal data to pursue the legitimate interests of Corporate Funding Partner, such as to communicate with you in relation to the matters of the company or the business partner, respectively, and/or carry out an analysis of the company and to provide the company with the best possible match for a business partner, cf. GDPR article 6(1) (f). It is our assessment that your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms do not override the legitimate interests of Corporate Funding Partner.

Recipients of your personal data

Certain recipients process personal data on behalf of Corporate Funding Partner. Such data processors may only process your personal data in accordance with the instructions given by Corporate Funding Partner; i.e. these data processors are not allowed to process your personal data for their own purposes.

To the extent Corporate Funding Partner discloses your personal data to third parties that may use the data for own purposes, such disclosure will only take place if it is in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

Transfer of your personal data to a third country (outside of EU/EEA)
